Six Meaningless Claims on Food Labels

The six claims are:

  1. Lightly-Sweetened

  2. A good source of fiber

  3. Strengthens your immune system

  4. Made with Real Fruit

  5. Made with Whole Grains

  6. All Natural.

Which brings us back to Michael Pollan's Advice, "If it claims to be healthy, then its not real food."

Buyer Beware.
