I know that once I start eating sugar, I start to crave it all the more. Getting "off the sugar" is always part of my post-holiday goals.
My diet has become so low in sugar that eating a lot of it (like during the holidays) makes my head feel funny. It is a vertigo sort of feeling, and then of course the crash later.
