You Shouldn't Go it Alone

I've more than once stressed what I believe is the importance of not dieting alone. More specifically, changing your eating and exercising routines alone. It would be extremely difficult to make real, permanent changes to your own diet and exercise routines if the rest of your family is still eating tons of processed crap and refuses to walk anywhere or climb stairs.

Childhood obesity is a national epidemic and a national disgrace in this country. It's time to take charge of our children's diets and get them off the couch and exercising.

And, it just may help your own weight loss in the long run as well.
