This is What Junk Food Can Do to You
If ever there was proof of just how bad processed junk and fast food can make you look, this is proof. The two pictures above are of the same guy, a former model and fitness instructor who went on an experiment of not exercising and eating crap to better understand his clients.

This guy, who was an underwear model, is now trying to return to his former eating habits but is finding it tough.
As I posted here: http://losingweightafter45isabitch.blogspot.com/2009/05/were-all-addicts.html., sugar, fast food and processed foods are all highly addicting. You're overweight because you've become addicted to high caloric food with little nutritional value.
You have to break the cycle and gradually stop eating fast food and anything that comes prepared or out of a box if you really want to lose weight and keep it off.
