I now just get regular coffee w/ either ONE little creamer (if there are creamers out) and two of whatever low-calorie sweeteners are around (unless I have Truvia in the diaper bag). OR, if it's a barista making the coffee, I ask for it black and just use the sweeteners. I have no clue how much milk/cream they're going to put in there. It's crazy weird how you can drink that many calories in one sitting. Mind boggling!
