Craziest Diets of All Time
I hate to admit it, but I've tried more than one of these diets in the past. I may have seen some short term weight loss, but the pounds always came back as quickly (if not faster) than I lost them.
I am a 50 year old mom with 7 children between the ages of 23 and 4. I currently am 130 lbs at 5'2". I seem to have a struggle getting under 130. If I try to walk atleast a mile each day, exercise & eat sensible portions, I seem to stay around 130. If I don't walk or exercise, I hang out around 135. I am trying to do more fruits & veggies but where I live decent fresh fruits & veggies are not easy to come by and the selection stinks. I just wanted to drop by to let you know I found your blog from an article on a Health newsletter and look forward to your comments. Have a great week!
I find it's tough with two kids, I can't imagine what its like with 7!!! If you can't get fresh fruits and veggies, second best is good quality frozen. I always keep bags of organic frozen peas in the freezer as a back up. You can add them to rice, pasta, etc., to up your veggie percentage.
