How about eating an apple or banana instead??? Either is more likely to provide better nutrition, fewer calories and fewer chemicals then canned sandwich frankenfood.
Here is the bad news. Sandwiches at 7-11 and at most fast food places (Pret a Manger in NYC) are serving the same things, not as fresh. Pop open the sealed can, shelf life is great, and a real sandwich slides out. Kids will eat it for lunch, and the pre-portioned pack will sell. Alot..Not for me, but it is a great idea...
