Aloha ") Came across you blog through a visitor on my blog.. Love your concept of No gimmicks and being honest about how hard it is when we reach our 40's. It is extremely hard & you must make it a life style choice, not just a one month quick fix diet to fit into that dress for a special event, or just before summer approaches and you want to wear your bikini. It needs to be a 365 day commitment!
