Save the Planet, and Lose Some Weight

As all of you know, I'm a big advocate of reducing processed foods, meat and dairy from our diets to lose weight. Now it turns out it can help save the planet: http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2009/dec/11/eat-less-meat-dairy-diet

Its a UK report, but notes that eating less processed, meat and dairy products will help reduce greenhouse gases.
